Here are a couple of tips to help you plan for your coaching week:

Step 1: Register on Zoom & Mark Your Calendar

Click here to register for the Zoom calls. Mark your calendar for 60 minutes per day for this coaching. I will be revealing SECRETS to supporting your child with big feelings and challenging behaviors, so block off time for this support for an hour per day so you don't get interrupted!

Step 2: Check Your Email

Your registration link for the coaching will also be emailed to you.

Step 3: Take One Deep Mindful Breath

Remember you're a good parent doing the best that you can given the circumstances you are in. How do I know this? Well you're here, and that tells me a lot about you already! Take a deep mindful breath, hand on the heart, and know that you're not alone! Let's do this!
