Adam has spoken to over 32,070 students in the last 5 years and have trained over 62 different programs in Arizona alone on how to build communication skills. Over 15,140 adults and teachers have been trained in the Adam Lee Brooks material. Adam’s style and approach is based on his bachelors degree in Speech Communications his time spent in New York performing off Broadway paired with his 12 years of being a High School and College Educator. Audiences are engaged, informed and leave with tools and strategies to implement immediately. Adam has been speaking and presenting professionally since 2003 and has given 23 keynote speeches at conferences and events discussing Social Emotional Learning, Technology’s effects on our students, and Creating Multi Generational work environments. Adam has helped schools raise their Letter Grade, qualify for the National Blue Ribbon Award, and build various programs from scratch that have come from goal setting or strategy consults. He has been awarded educator of the year for Rio Salado College, a recipient of the Allegheny County Key Holder award, and Arizona’s 40 under 40 person to look for in the area of innovative communication. Adam is committed to seeing innovation and creativity come alive in our classrooms in Universities and Schools not only across Arizona as well as Nationally.
