Emilie Delworth/Berkman is an accomplished Parenting Coach and Trauma Recovery Coach, specializing in helping fellow moms learn how to regulate their nervous systems, and thus their emotions, so that they may show up as the Peaceful Mothers they aspire to be. Thus began Emilie’s journey into both inner child healing and somatic healing.

In discovering how to release trauma from her body and regulate through her many triggers, Emilie unlocked a newfound passion for helping other mothers do the same. She is the author of The Angry Mom's Guide To Self-Regulation, which walks readers through their own process of learning to regulate their nervous systems and better manage their emotions, and also provides helpful free content to mothers all over the world via her social media pages.

Speaker Bio

Founder of Respectful Mom, Kristin is a parenting mentor, world-wide educator, and mom of three who wants every parent to have the resources to parent their children differently than how they were parented.

After feeling overwhelmed and flooded with parenting tips following the birth of her first child, Kristen stumbled upon the RIE approach, or respectful parenting, and everything clicked. This way of parenting—and ultimately, living— transformed how she engaged with her children, and she couldn’t imagine parents not having access to it.

Since then, she’s given over 250 keynote speeches and parent workshops, and her three online courses have been translated into six languages. She’s helped countless parents learn to parent their children and themselves, and in doing so, raise emotionally intelligent children who thrive in adulthood.
