Speaker Bio

Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach

Founder, Delight in Parenting

Mother of Three

Over the past decade, I've dedicated my life to helping parents bridge the gap between the parent they want to be and the parent they find themselves becoming during stressful moments.

I've trained under experts including Dr. Laura Markham and Dr. Lawrence Cohen, interviewed more than 100 parenting experts, and supported thousands of families through coaching, courses, workshops, and my parenting membership.

But more importantly...

I'm a mom of three kids.

I've experienced the sibling fighting, meltdowns, overwhelm, self-doubt, and emotional triggers that so many parents face.

This summit brings together many of the most impactful experts and strategies I've discovered on my own parenting journey.

And I can't wait to share them with you.

Clara Roulev- When Big Feelings Turn Aggressive: A Nervous-System Approach to Hitting, Yelling, and Sibling Conflict

If you’re watching this interview from a phone, remember to rotate it for full-screen view.

Speaker Bio

Clara Roulev is a Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach, somatic guide, Playful Parenting Leader, founder of Share Peace Parenting, and, most meaningfully, a mother of two. Her work was born from both personal and collective inheritance: growing up in post-Communist Romania within environments shaped by survival, obedience, emotional suppression, and shame, and later confronting the ways those nervous system patterns resurfaced in motherhood, grief, relationships, and parenting. Today, she helps parents move beyond reactivity, overwhelm, and disconnection through peaceful parenting, somatic practices, attachment science, nervous system regulation, and playful connection. Her work supports families in creating more safety, repair, emotional freedom, and embodied connection. Clara’s work is rooted in the belief that many of the qualities we long to offer our children already live within us — and that healing often begins when we finally feel safe enough to reconnect with them.

Lauren O'Carroll - Supporting Children With ADHD During Summer

If you’re watching this interview from a phone, remember to rotate it for full-screen view.

Speaker Bio

I’m Lauren O’Carroll, an ADHD mum of two girls and a passionate advocate for neurodiverse parents and families. My mission is to help parents access the wisdom of current, science backed parenting research so they can reduce overwhelm, calm the chaos, and create a home where everyone can thrive.

As a certified Peaceful Parenting coach and educator, trained by Dr Laura Markham, the internationally respected founder of the Peaceful Parenting movement, I support families with approaches rooted in connection, emotional intelligence and evidence based guidance.

I also understand the reality of parenting a neurodivergent child because I live it too. The work I share is not about perfection or rigid rules. It is about helping you understand your child more deeply, respond with greater calm and build a relationship that allows your whole family to feel more supported.
