Overwhelm, & Procrastination
If you’re watching this interview from a phone, remember to rotate it for full-screen view.
Amber Curtis, PhD (Founder, Solutions for Simplicity) helps overwhelmed moms do more, stress less, and be happier. A professor, productivity coach, and devoted mom of four, Amber knows all too well how challenging it is to juggle life’s many demands and opportunities. After getting suicidal from the stress of keeping up with her demanding job while raising young kids, she applied her academic research skills to figure out what’s scientifically shown to help you maximize your time and energy for who and what you love. Then she adapted it all because the standard time management and work/life “balance” advice just doesn’t fit hardworking moms’ reality. She shares an array of proven resources for living a more peaceful, purposeful, and productive life.
