Lauren was diagnosed with ADHD in her early 20s. She is a mother to two neurodiverse girls and is dedicated to supporting neurodiverse families to create a calmer and more connected home environment. As a certified Peaceful Parenting coach under Dr. Laura Markham, with additional training from Dr. Sharon Saline, PESI, and the Mindful Society Global Institute, Lauren excels in translating scientifically proven parenting research into simple and easy-to-implement frameworks for the families she supports. Drawing from over 20 years of management experience in charities and the NHS, and her personal experience as an undiagnosed ADHD child, Lauren is committed to helping ADHD parents and their children thrive and live shame-free, intentional lives.
